Introduction and Applicability

4.1 Deposit Rules

The deposit process is generally instant. However, if there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact our support team. Only deposits made through a service registered in your own name are accepted. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed. Funds earned from cashback or bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.

• Gold tier — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum tier — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond tier — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement is based on active and regular participation on the platform. Cashback amounts are credited every Monday according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities

6.1 General Gaming Rules
